But, I’d like to mention that the Astra theme is a responsive theme. We use Bootstrap and required CSS to manage the responsiveness on mobile and tablet views.

Thank you for your interest in my review.
To answer you, I generated tickets on wordpress.org support but no solution was offered to me, except to develop my own CSS code to work around my issue.
therefore, bootstrap allows you to create responsive pages but it is up to the theme developer to offer configuration parameters to organize the content of the header and footer according to the device (mobile, tablet or desktop).
Additionally, I also reported an issue with your hamburger icon when using Lighthouse.

Sorry, but the solution, for now, is using custom CSS. Maybe in the future, we will add an option to hide the Site title and tagline.
We appreciate your feedback. We have recently introduced the Header Footer builder, and are still working on improvising it further like every other option. Feedback like this will help us provide better options. 🙂
