# Doesn't load comments in normal mode

 * Hi,
    after the latest update comments load only with options “On scroll” or “
   On click”. If I choose the normal mode (with lazy load disabled), Disqus doesn’t
   load at all.

 * I’m using the latest available WordPress version and I have a multisite, so I’ve
   activated normal mode on English site and “on scroll” on Polish site.

 * Please go to your Disqus settings and **check** External Javascript Files option
   
   And **uncheck** Server-Side Rendering option

 * Both options were unchecked, I checked the External Javascript Files option. 
   It seems to be working now.
