• The plugin doesn’t include the date of the order in the export file. The author addresses this in the support threads, but it’s clearly meant to get you to purchase premium version. Sure, you can edit the functions.php file, but one shouldn’t have to for such basic functionality. Please consider including the date in the export and rely on the other features you’ve built into the premium version for sales generation.

  • Hi,

    Is this a review? Seriously!

I sometimes wonder seeing profiles like yours who does not even know how to use plugin rating system on WordPress.

    1. Plugin rating system reflects about how the current offered product is working and not about what plugin author should include and what not!

    2. This plugin is already providing the feature you mentioned in form of add-on, so go get it!

Another option is using some custom code in functions.php file, if you cannot do it then you already have previous option open always!

So, if you cannot go with any of the ways stated above, it is clearly not the issue related to plugin.

    3. There are 4000+ plugin users and 1000+ add-on users. These numbers are growing month by month, which reflects that people are surely getting benefited from the product.

    4. When a plugin is developed, features are carefully plotted in base and premium plugin, you can surely expect some more features to be added in base plugin, but in current roadmap there are some other things apart from this.

FYI, I have already helped other people previously with code and issues when add-on was not developed (You can refer support threads). So it is not always about the sales generation.

    Regards,
    Ankit

Ooh, that’s a bit uncalled for Ankit. The OP was only making a polite observation.
