# doesnt import data

 * I got listing website as two main categories as the following hierarchy:
 * Companies > Manufacturing > Electronics
    Companies > Service Industry > Insurance…
 * **Problem:**
    1. WP all import doesn’t recognize the hierarchy level to be chosen,
   just one step.
 * 2. Trying to import the company’s information (CSV), but, the progress bar is
   showing noting, even after a few hours it is showing zero and under progress.
   the data belong to just 500 company without even image, just a text, and URL.
 * how to deal with them?

 * Is the timer counting even though nothing is happening? If so, please take these
   steps:
    - Replicate the problem and write down the time that it happened (including 
      timezone).
    - Contact your web host and ask them to check the server error logs for any 
      relevant entries. Be sure to include [your IP](https://www.google.com/search?q=whats+my+ip),
      the time it happened, and the URL in your browser when it happened.
