Doesn’t import anything – not even sample file

    How can I trust this enough to buy this when it doesn’t even import your Sample file?
    This is what I get when I try to import JUST ANYTHING – all the products I have exported and edited, or even the Sample file you have there.

    “Error loading file “php7ev9gi”: ZipArchive library is not enabled”

    And yes, I am using Microsoft Excel and the files are .xlsx

    You will need to ask your hosting company to enable zip archive library.
