 * Is there any other cache layer active? When you clear cache in Swift, you should
   always get the uncached version with recent updates.
 * Also, for automatic prebuilding you need to enable **Prebuild Cache Automatically**
   in Settings->Caching->Warmup.

 * Hello, sorry to enter the conversation here. I have a similar problem with one
   site: the home page does not show the new post for visitors. I have to click
   on Clean Cache button and activate the Warmup to make it show.
    Configuration :
   Twenty Seventeen, no other extension.

 * [@li-an](https://wordpress.org/support/users/li-an/), did you put homepage in
   Settings->Caching->General: Clear Cache on Update Post by Page?
 * Also, for automatic prebuilding you need to enable Prebuild Cache Automatically
   in Settings->Caching->Warmup.

 * Prebuil cache automatically is selected but I don’t understand what page I should
   add in Settings->Caching->General: Clear Cache on Update Post by Page as the
   theme shows by default the last posts.

 * That´s depending on which page(s) you show last posts. Regarding to your initial
   post, it should be your homepage.
