Doesn't appear to work converting tex urls within table

It converts text urls ok but not when displayed within a table.
See text url auto converted ok in http://www.slaauk.org/events/intergroup-meeting-30-january-2015-london-2-00pm/
But not when displayed in table in http://www.slaauk.org/useful-resources/intergroup/
The table is created using an Events Manager shortcode.
I am using a FooTable javascript to modify the display of the table but that doesn’t affect the underlying html.
Apply Globally is checked.
