# Doesn’t always work

 * Using the premium version. About half of users are unable to log in and the other
   half can log in. Unfortunately, there is no error messages for those that cannot
   log in. I’m using Bluehost with no caching plugins so I’m at a loss and have 
   not heard back from the developer. Wishing now I had not purchased two license
   keys.
