# Doesn’t always log emails

 * I’ve been using this for a few years and am glad to have access to it. However,
   It doesn’t always log every successfully sent email. I would like to have something
   more reliable.

   glad it’s been useful!
 * Sorry to hear some emails aren’t getting logged consistently. This is usually
   caused by another plugin or your theme sending mail in a way that bypasses the
   normal `wp_mail()` hook.
 * A few things that would help us track this down:
    - Which plugin(s) are sending the unlogged emails (e.g., contact form, WooCommerce,
      membership plugin)?
    - Any errors in your PHP error log around the time an email log goes missing?
    - If you can open a support thread (rather than the review) with those details,
      we can dig in further and get this sorted for you.
