Most of the time it loads just fine but sometimes it says there are no reviews for our business. * Do you have any thoughts on why this might be happening? * I have another question as well. We are about to change our site to https. You can see it here live on our demo site (the second widget): [http://googleplacesreviews.wordimpress.com/sidebar-widget/](http://googleplacesreviews.wordimpress.com/sidebar-widget/) * I see your widget on your site saying there’s no reviews and it actually links to the right business on Google Maps as well. So I’d suggest just going into your widget and open the “Advanced Options” tab and click on “Clear Cache”. It seems setting cache data to ‘none’ inside the widget makes it work again. I’ve tried turning the cache on and off a few times and the results are consistent. * Not sure what this means. A conflict at my end, maybe? * I’m a little worried about putting in too many api requests with the caching off. Hitting the “Clear Cache” button should have the same results as setting the option to “None”, but you then keep the new cached results for whatever period you designate. * If you’re seeing mixed results like that it’s possible other caching plugins or server caching is at play as well. Make sure you clear those as well.
