Doesn’t allow use of existing Stripe accounts

This is useless to anyone who would like to use their own existing Stripe account for payments. It force-creates a StripeExpress account, which cannot be managed through Stripe directly. It cannot be deleted on the Stripe side if you want to move away from it at any point. It is permanently bound to WooCommerce, requires WooCommerce support to delete it, and overall makes Stripe inflexible. No idea why WooCommerce thought this was a good idea. It wasn’t.
