Does your plugin work on all host?

    All this plugin does is hook into the built-in WordPress method of sending and receiving emails to change the address used. If emails are not being sent, you may want to investigate whether the WordPress wp_mail and PHP mail functions are supported by your server.

    Sorry to reply late.

    Yes, it was by host. I had to ask my DB manager to update the latest PHP version.
