• Hi,

I have been using W3 Total Cache, but have switched to WP Super Cache for my current site (www.opticallock.com). My question: is there a minify feature in WP Super Cache? It doesn’t appear there is, but the reason that I ask is that Pagespeed seems to think everything is being minified. I am also using Cloudflare and can just minify there, but I don’t want to turn CloudFlare minify on if there is a minify function in Super Cache that I’m not aware of as this can cause issues.

My second question is whether or not it’s advisable to use the Super Cache Pre-load function along with something like Cloudflare.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

    Phil

    No, it doesn’t.

It depends on your own use-case. If you are caching mobile-only pages separately, then CloudFlate shouldn’t be used at all, as CloudFlare can only drive mobile traffic via a sub-domain (if configured). If you don’t require separate mobile-friendly cached content, pre-loading helps.

Pothi, I appreciate your detailed and helpful response. I don’t have mobile-only pages, so I’ll give Pre-load a try.

Any chance you or someone else can help me trouble shoot the issue with Super Cache’s timestamps not matching which I posted via a separate topic?
