Hi,

I’m trying to get this nasty site shut down:

I thought maybe WordPress has a TOS agreement that is being violated by this particular blogger.

WordPress is not responsible for the content.
The only way is to get in contact with dreamhost.com where the site is hosted.

WordPress.ORG does not host any sites and only provides the free opensource software for self-hosted installations.

As gerald mentioned try contacting the host company.
