We wanted something simple to use for comment notifications. I fully tested this on a single site installation and was happy with it. I put it on a multisite installation, network activated it, and configured the settings on each site. I noticed it wasn’t working as expected. No one was being subscribed to the posts. You can not network activated it and expect it to work. You have to activate the plugin for each individual site through its respective dashboard. When the plugin is activated it creates the necessary table for that site using the correct table prefix. When you network activate it those tables never get created. I’m sure the authors could patch it but it works if you see/remember this tip.
