  • WordPress Customizer options interface — does it work on a MacBook Pro?

I’d like to use Weaver on my MacBook Pro. Can I? I have Dreamweaver and Aptana and a couple of other editors.

  • Weaver Xtreme is a WordPress theme, so it works anywhere WordPress works.

Normally WordPress is installed on your hosting server, if you use a hosting provider, your install it there.

If you are doing local hosting or development, there are Ways to install WordPress on Mac, you will have to look that up, or post in the Forum

Once you have WordPress Installed on your server or your Mac, then you can install the Weaver Xtreme Theme, and it companion the Weaver Xtreme Theme Support Plugin, from within your WordPress installation.

For Further questions, please use the Weaver Forum (link above), as this one is not really monitored.

Thanks for the quick answer. I got it up and running with little fuss. Now I want to change the header image to a custom one, and add a slider that’s easy to use. Any ideas?

As I mentioned, you need to post support questions in the weaver forum if you want quick support. You will also find the answers to most of your questions, and tutorial there.

Header image is a WordPress feature and is done in Appearance > Header.

Sliders require a slider plugin. Weaver Has one called Weaver Show Slider that you can download from wordpress.org.

See you in the forum, and always include a link to your site for specific questions.
