 * I have installed this plugin for the second time in a new website. The widget
   has disappeared, but the title of the widget it remains in the page. It didn’t
   happen in another website I have tried with. What has happened?

 * It’s very hard to say what’s happened, but my guess would be the coding of the
   widget.
 * If you use it in a default theme, with a default (core-provided) widget – do 
   you get the same experience or does it work as expected?

 * But to answer the question of “Does title remain?” No – the title should not 
   remain (that would be pretty silly behavior)
