Does this work with Page and CDN caching?

Hi. I’m looking for a cookie consent solution that plays nice with WP page caches (LSCache) and CDN proxy page caching (QUIC.cloud). I have experience with other cookie solution that sued Set-Cookie headers in the page response headers which were then cached and stopped it working.

I don’t want to go thru that pain again, so can you confirm this plugin works with these caches?
