    Does this plugin allow the Facebook pixel to “fire” before the redirect occurs?

    I want this to be the order of events:

    1. Person clicks on link somewhere else
    2. The link arrives at my website
    3. The FB pixel “fires” (records their visit)
    4. The person is sent to the redirect link (on some other site)

    No, that’s not how server redirects work (via this plugin or anything else).

    Actually, I am using a different WordPress plugin that does allow the FB pixel to fire before it redirects the user. This is why I asked, because it is clearly possible.

    So the other plugin must be using something other than a server redirect.

    Oh, its an API from Facebook. Someone (maybe you) has added this as a feature request here:
