    I have a local site I am developing using EPro with a header built in theme builder and the Hello Theme.

    I am trialling Generate Press and ot looks fine on my starter site but falls at the first hurdle on a real site with the theme header messing up my ElePro header. I tried
    .site-header {
    display: none;
    } but no luck.

    fwiw it works fine with Astra

    and iff it helps here a screen shot of the correct home page https://upload.cc/i1/2019/11/26/VyCaZx.png and here the generatepress one (in the customiser https://upload.cc/i1/2019/11/26/dkUWlx.png

    Hi there,

    Can you link me to the page where I can see the issue live?

    The site you linked isn’t using GeneratePress.

    Let me know 🙂

    There you go

    That image is coming from Elementor:

    I actually can’t find anything on that page that’s coming from GP.

    Can you check with their support first?

    Let me know 🙂

    OK I have resolved it. The problem was that unlike Astra and Hello GeneratePress did not retain the existing site logo. Once I reloaded it all was well.

    Heads up though, find a way to keep an existing site identity logo when changing a theme to Generate Press. If astra can do it so can you.

    btw congrats on a great theme, it has simplicity allowing enough global control yet avoids the sometimes confusing complexity of Astra
