Does This User Submitted Emails Feature Exist?

Just wondering if it’s possible for users to submit their emails and then have some feature that allows the email to be displayed into a post.

Although the email would have to be concealed for privacy; perhaps a button that says “contact owner of this post” or it leads to a contact form where the submission goes to the post authors email and not the admin?

Basically the point is so other users can contact the authors of submitted content without having their email address publicly displayed in the post.
