Does this type of plugin exist?

I’m looking for a plugin that will:

When someone posts a comment and clicks “Submit” they will be redirected a URL of my choice? Like I can redirect them to another one of my Websites or something.

Also, if there is something out there like this, can I ONLY redirect certain posts that I want instead of it having to redirect all of them.

I just want the option to do this on a few posts.
