Does this serve scaled images?

    It imports the photos to your WordPress media library. WordPress provides scaling and responsive image functionality, so I would suggest reading up on those subjects, but what you do with the images once they are in WordPress is up to you. I also can’t speak to GTMetrix or PageSpeed, as again, standard WorPress image handling applies.
