# Does this require user login?

 * My concern is that in the creation of a customer account there would be a need
   to validate email and issue password. This would delay the POS transaction.
 * How is this addressed with the POS plugin?
 * I would like to gather customer data and add them as a customer, and perhaps 
   I would change the method by which accounts are created (no email password requirement).
   I would appreciate an suggestions on how to make each transaction as smooth as
   possible.

 * So long as you have [Automatically generate username from customer email](http://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#registration-options)
   enabled, all you need is an email address to create a new customer. The email
   needs to be valid but there is no need to issue a password.
