Does This Plugin Work With Amazon Search Results Pages?

If I link from my site to Amazon.com using a search results page (searching with words, not ASIN numbers), will this plugin localize that link? For instance, if I search “pink flannel sheets” on amazon.com and then use the bar at the top to “link to this page”, it gives me a code like htp://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fs%3Fie%3DUTF8%26x%3D0%26ref_%3Dnb_sb_noss%26y%3D0%26field-keywords%3Dpink%2520flannel%2520sheets%26url%3Dsearch-alias%253Daps&tag=mypersonalcode-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=390 Will this plugin replace my code and amazon.com with amazon.co.uk and my Amazon UK code in that link? I edited out my code in that example, so it is not a live affiliate link. Thanks for any help.
