 * I can’t figure out how to make this plugin appear on any pages except my home
   page for my blog. Does it work on post pages or additional pages?

 * I am wondering this same question? Does anyone have an answer to this out there?
   Meganj, I also noticed on my visual editor that the address of my additional 
   page is different than the address they have listed on my additional page. However,
   I tried making the addresses the same and changing the permalink, but that did
   no good. Someone please help us out with this!
