Does this plugin uses ajax calls

Hi Could you let me know if this plugin uses ajax calls? I am currently using a different plugin but I have been having issues with site speed and also more server load which eventually leads to my site going down at times. My host says that its too many admin_ajax calls from that plugin so I ma looking for a replacement. your advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
