 * Seeing as Jetpack doesn’t support subscribing to comments from a custom post 
   type I need to find an alternative. Does your plugin support comment subscriptions
   to custom post types?

 * At this moment the plugin does not support custom post types, but there is a 
   thread already open so it might come on the following updates.

 * Hi, FYI, the last version now supports Custom Post Type.
