   of cost.

 * I figured out my answer by installing and following the instructions. Nice plugin,
   simple to use.
 * BUT and this is a BIG BUT – let us know if it cost and if it requires signing
   up for additional accounts. Hiding this info makes you loose credibility.
 * For those wondering… it does require you to sign up for MailMunch account. There
   is a free version (branded with limited features) but it is easy to use and looks
   nice.
