Support » Plugin: WP Easy Pay - With Square » Problem with activating this plugin

  • Resolved globalexposures

We installed and activated this plugin and went through the steps, everything went smoothly. But the form doesn’t have any field boxes except for the one to set the amount. And if you click the donate button, nothing happens.

    Hi @mom2nine,

Thank you for contacting support we will need more information on this and it would be great if you can provide us with screenshots of the similar problem.

    Thank You!

I’m having the same problem as mentioned at the top of this thread. It looks like her problem was resolved, but I don’t see the solution posted. Please help. Thank you!

actually my problem was not resolved, I just uninstalled the plugin and found another solution.

oh, bummer… but thank you for letting me know. Do you mind if I ask what the alternate solution you used was?

Sorry, I didn’t have anything to offer him for using Square, none of the current free plugins seem to work with it. He’s the only client I have who’s asked about it, all my others have Paypal. So I sent him a list of the other plugins and the fees involved, and left it to him to choose. He didn’t want to incur any monthly fees, so for now the issue is dead in the water. I do have the free square plugin for Woocommerce, but he doesn’t need a shopping system.

Uhg.. ok, thank you very much for the info!

    Hi all,

Kindly share your issues with us at and one of our technical team member will help you resolve your issues. WP Easy Pay works perfectly fine on our side so we hope that it should work on your side too. However, if it doesn’t works as expected contact us through the email provided and we would love to assist you further for this issue resolving.

I’m having the exact same issue as @mom2nine. I sent an email to your support email listed on this thread, but I am at wit’s end as well. I need to be able to accept donations to Square and your plugin works fine, except when live. Help?!

Hi Shortfry -I did finally get the plugin to work, and the issue ended up being the requirement for SSL. I thought I had a certificate on the site already but turns out it had expired. Once I contacted the hosting service and got the SSL renewed, the plugin started working, and seems to be doing ok now.

That being said, support for this plugin apparently sucks, considering that no one from the development team even acknowledged my question and I had to sort out the problem myself.

    Hey @shottondesign,

We already asked everyone to contact technical team through as that would have resolved your issue more fast and efficiently. If your certificate expired for ssl how would we know you haven’t even provided the url to your website. Also note that if the issue exists only on your side how would we be able to determine what’s the issue as it didn’t persisted on our side. Kindly don’t blame support as we are always providing support to each and every of our user.

    Thank You!
