You can allow multiple users, however please keep in mind that these users will have an administrator access to your site. WP-Lister plugin requires admin access to work.
Yes, both plugins (Pro version) will work hand in hand to sync your inventory across all three platforms – Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce.
WP-Lister can be used with any eBay account – an eBay store with monthly fees is not required. Please see: Do I need an eBay store or does WP-Lister work with any eBay account?

Or do you mean that your plugin grants them specific admin rights?

What would happen if:
I myself run the multivendor website as admin, then post my own items under admin for myself running these free amazon and ebay plugins.
What would happen if I allow the users to come to my website to be vendors along with me, but instead I did not grant them “admin” permissions… help me understand what the outcome is there? Thanks.

Yes, WP-Lister supports multiple eBay/Amazon accounts but it only supports multiple accounts for the same seller. WP-Lister does not support a multi vendor/user scenario for multiple sellers. Any user/seller with back-end access to the site will be able to view all other seller’s listings, orders, etc. which I am sure you and your potential clients would not want.

So if I had a woocommerce multi-vendor website, and set this up for me (if the plugin has options to only allow certain users or some other settings?)…. Would it affect the other vendors I have on my site? Like would it try to pull their products also, or would I have full control of being able to push my own products out? Thanks.

No, WP-Lister won’t pull in listings from other eBay accounts unless the importer add on plugin was installed and someone setup their eBay account in WP-Lister and ran an import.
Listings won’t be listed to eBay for other seller’s products on the site, unless they listed the WC products themselves. The methods for listings WC products to eBay can be found here: https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/documentation/listing-items-on-ebay/
