Does the plugin prevent updates to higher versions?

    Hi,

    I noticed the plugin says:

    All fine! You are currently on your desired release. And it will stay like that.

    So if I have used the plugin to downgrade to wp 4.9.9, will the plugin prevent automatic updates back to the latest version (now 5.0.3)?

    Yes, it will! As long as you have entered a specific release number, automatic update to another version will be prevented. If you want to see the regular updates again, you need to clear the version number or disable the plugin.
