    Hello,

because of the European GDPR I have disabled Google fonts on my site. I noticed that the headlines of the flip-box-block does use a font I have not installed locally. Does the plugin load Google fonts?

    Many thanks,
    Wiebke

    Hello Nayan,

any way to stop that? That’s not good in Europe as it is against our privacy legislation (GDPR) and can be a show stopper. I do host fonts locally.

I tried the plugin “Disable and remove Google fonts”, but it didn’t succeed. Can you please add a function to your plugin to disable Google fonts or else, make sure the available plugins can do it?

    Thanks,
    Wiebke

    Hi Wiebke,

We are considering your request to make our plugin compatible with the “Disable and remove Google fonts” plugin in the future release.

    Super! Many thanks.

BTW: there are some more plugins which might use different ways of disabling Google fonts: Disable Google fonts and OMGF Host Google Fonts Locally. Please consider them as well.

I cannot test them right now due to technical issues with the website but I will. I will let you know the result.

    Best regards,
    Wiebke
