Does the addon creates new users if member not found?

    Hi there,

    Pre sales question!

    We would like to use the PMPro membership plugin, however, does this addon create new user in WordPress as an action should the user not be found? Or does it just updates existing users and adds them as members etc..?

    Hey @gurusurfer,

    I’m not sure if you’ve managed to find your answer.

    If you pass data into PMPro Zapier using the ‘add_member’ action, it will create the user if their account doesn’t already exist. If they exist and have no membership level, it will add the level to their account.

    If the user already exists and has an active membership level it will not change anything.
