I have more then 1000 products in my shop. Every product has ~10 images of high quality. My theme has mor then 12 sizes of thumbnails, so it takes a lot of space on my disk. So I need to clear my medialibrary to free up some space on hosting. When I start Media cleaner (pro version), I need to keep browser tab open, because when I close tab, plugin seems to stop working. But plugin works very slow (with my number of images) and I can’t keep it open all day.

How make plugin to work in background?

    Hi @584-1,

That’s impossible, as it would be even slower, times out, and causes many issues we wouldn’t be able to catch. The process can only be ran from an external client (which is your browser on your computer).

The only alternative is to use the Pro version and the WP-CLI commands, but that’s a bit more advanced.
