Does parallax bg images work in Virtue free?

Hi,

I am using Virtue free. I was watching the tutorial on how to use page builder with this theme, so I manually installed it. However, at the end of the video, it shows an option for adding a row with a fullwidth background image, that does parallax scrolling (in this case, behind a call to action).

However, when I use the page builder, I do not see an option for parallax scrolling. Is this possible in Virtue Free?
