Does Page Restrict work with WP 4.1.1

I am trying to find a simple, uncomplicated program for my website: http://www.telliconewvillagers.com. This is an “information only” type site and I don’t allow comments or discussion. I need a program that:

1) requires visitors to Register and/or Login after they register to see my website content.

2) That keeps the website content private before they register/login.

3) That requires a password that members generate (or I can generate a static password). Hopefully this password can be “remembered” so people don’t have to reenter it every time they come to the site.

I cannot believe how hard this seems to be.
Your plugin sounds like it might be right….BUT … WP has a message saying that it hasn’t been tested with the latest version of WP.

Do you think your program will work? If not, can you suggest a plugin that will.
