Hello, I am having the same issue. All it does fine is fetching products by attribute, or all products. But when I actually update Sale Price, it says Update Completed, but NO CHANGES happened.
I have WordPress 4.7.4 and WooCommerce 2.6.14

When products with existing Sale Prices are updated, changes apply. Those products that doesn’t have Sale Prices are not getting updated.

We cannot update products that doesn’t have Sale Prices in this context. We will be updating sale prices only for those products that having it.
is there a function for updating products that doesn’t have sale prices in the pro version?

Currently, this feature is not available in this plugin.
We plan to incorporate this feature with our new release of the plus version.
