 * Selected the fields for creating a user and on submission no user is added. Does
   this plugin actually do anything?

 * I take that back. User error on my part. I selected the user fields on the wrong
   form. This is an excellent plugin. Perhaps some items could be added, like setting
   the user as pending (if desired) and also setting a user role.
