    Can you enable debug mode on your WordPress installation and check if there is an error log.

    Note: I quickly check it and it is working fine.

    Did that, no errors show up in the log.

    Hello @blamedutchie,

    There may be various reason for this. Some are as following.

    • File Size is too large
    • php ziparchive may no be on your host

    Please view on console if there is any issue. The function responsible for creating zip is here. If you want you can debug by changing the code.
