    I’m getting the same thing, although a different line:

    Warning: Parameter 1 to wpcf7_tg_pane_map() expected to be a reference, value given in /var/sites/d/digitalvisitor.com/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496

    activate plugin and add [map location zoom:14] in your form editor
    maps will work anyway.
    i solved in this way
