Does not work with wordpress 3.1.2

WordPress 3.1.2 includes jquery 1.4.4.
plugin 0.9.2 uses .on() function, that supported by jquery 1.7.
I have got error in wordpress 3.1.2:
TypeError: jQuery(…).addClass(…).css(…).html(…).on is not a function @ http://xxxx.xx/wp-content/plugins/wp-miniaudioplayer/js/jquery.mb.miniPlayer.js?ver=0.9.2:98
So, update plugin or supported wordpress version, please.
