 * I have a client selling brewing supplies (grain and hops) at different weights.
   If a user gets 30lbs of grain this table rate is still only charging it as 1lb.
   Even doing 1lb quantity 30 I still get the same result.

 * I just realized, it works for products that have a weight in oz but those that
   have a weight in lbs don’t work. It does not do the conversion from lbs to oz.

 * The plugin only works for a single weight unit.
 * For calculation purposes, lbs and oz are classed as two separate units.
