    Fixed up. Now it works perfectly. Good support.
    Sorry about it, I cannot better qualify a plugin that does not work in a template than the ones that WordPress has by default.
    I understand that it works in other templates, but I have wasted a lot of time with this plugin and searched for all the possible information. My child template and my website are very advanced, and I don’t see the possibility of changing templates. A pity, I have tried it with other themes and it works wonderfully.

    Hi Carlos,

    Please be a bit patient before posting a 1 star review.
    This is all free support you are getting. If you had paid for support, I can imagine you feel a bit impatient, but for free support getting impatient after 3 days and posting a 1 star review is unreasonable I would think.

    I don’t know how long I should wait. A week, a month, a year?
    You have taken much less time to respond to the valuation than to the support.
    I know the plugin is free and I know it takes a lot of work. But I also know that answering “I put this on the todo-list.” it does not take a lifetime.
