• Theme X is one of the most popular themes on Themeforest, but this plugin does not work with all of the themes “stacks” (stacks are like sub-themes within Theme X).

    This plugin only seems to work with the Integrity stack, but not the Renew or Icon or Ethos stacks that Theme X has.

    Since Theme X is a very popular theme, and many other people would have this same problem, would you please mind taking a look at how to get it working?

    Hi,
    please could you explain what is not working on your website?
    We know that X is very popular but it seems that very few WordPress users opened a support request for that theme, so it could be something something that do not affect all the customers.
    Give as much details so we can help you.

    Hello!! Thanks so much for getting back to me 🙂 I truly appreciate your help.

    I have installed your plugin on a fresh WordPress site with minimal plugins (only WooCommerce, Cornerstone, and your plugin) and so I’m quite sure it has something to do with the interaction between Theme X and your plugin.

    Here is a quick screencast showing the problem: http://screencast.com/t/VlBPrdnDn

    I can provide access to this test site if you like, to see it in action with Theme X. Where should I send the login details?

    P.S. Cornerstone is a page builder plugin packaged with Theme X. It comes with every copy of Theme X and cannot realistically be separated out as it provides core functionality. That is why I also have it installed on the test site.

    I have just recived an update from Theme X support.

    If anyone else is looking for a solution please use the following CSS in your Customizer settings

    .single-product.woocommerce div.product .images {
        overflow: visible;
    }

    It would be great if we could get a fix for this included in the next plugin update, to keep the amount of custom CSS edits minimal.

    @bennygill,
    it seems a CSS rule that will affect all the shop pages, not only the Zoom Magnifier plugin, i think that instead of adding it to the plugin we can save it as a reference to be provided to users with the same theme and the same issue.

    Thanks for all.
