    Hi @alexlii

Looking on your screens there is google.com Api domain, not google.cn . Please set the correct variant for you http://prntscr.com/i5c7dc , Save settings and don’t forget to clean cache on your site to see changes you made.

    Hello,

Thanks, I know we should use https://maps.google.cn.

But every time I saved Api domain to https://maps.google.cn, when I get back to check, it will back to https://maps.google.com, it seems that it can not save url of https://maps.google.cn.

So please have a check the code, I am using it in multisites, and activated it in sub site, it only occurs after it was updated to the latest version.

    Hi @alexlii

We tried to reproduce your problems on our testing servers and didn’t have any luck. So most likely there is a conflict with your other plugin or your theme. We hope you understand that we can’t test our products with all other plugins and themes that are available on the market, and we can’t control the other developers. Therefore bad code of other plugins or templates can provoke a lot of problems.

Please try to deactivate all your plugins one by one and check the issue. Thus you will find out which plugin causes the error. If it won’t help, try to switch temporarily to a standard WordPress theme. Afterwards let us know about the result. This will help our developers to solve your problem faster.

    Hello,

For test purpose, I create a new subsites:

Default theme of Twenty Seventeen is activated: http://prntscr.com/i5vcp8
here is the screenshot of only Google map easy activated:http://prntscr.com/i5vbxz

But the issue is same, and it will back to https://maps.google.com after refresh the backend page.

    Good afternoon!
I have a similar problem. After connecting SSL, the map no longer appears!
In the admin panel the failure of the card completely, and you can not create a new.
On the page only a strip of 100px width
    On the page: https://celebnie-griazi.ru/test-map/
    in the admin panel:
    http://prntscr.com/iftots
    https://prnt.sc/iftpdw
    https://prnt.sc/iftpq0
    help me please

    here is the error message:
Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 1458 of 1666 bytes in /******/plugins/google-maps-easy/classes/utils.php on line 14
Notice: Undefined index: map_display_mode in /********/plugins/google-maps-easy/modules/gmap/views/tpl/gmapMapStyles.php on line 14
Notice: Undefined index: map_display_mode in /*******/plugins/google-maps-easy/modules/gmap/views/gmap.php on line 134

I found the problem! The fact is that your server locks the region of my location by IP and there is no connection with your server from the admin panel! Data in my region are registered in SSL, hence the problem! I went into the control panel of the VPN plug-in, everything worked!

    Hello.
Please provide me with your region that was blocked by our server. Also please specify – what exactly do you mean by “block region of location”? How did you recognized that issue? And what you mean by “our server”? Because there are only CDN server used to deliver some assets for our plugin – do you mean this server? Can you provide me with it’s IP or domain?

    Good afternoon!
    My region Crimea, Russia
Some Google services are blocked from us, also the site https://market.envato.com, your site http://supsystic.com!
These resources can be accessed only with the help of VPN. When I logged into the Google Maps control panel, Yesi did not load anything on my site, I can see in the screenshots. In the console of the browser gave the error “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” from here I decided that the download comes from your server, as soon as I entered through the DVN the problem disappears, and more on it repeats (even without the VPN) I do not know what it is connected with, can it coincidence? But at least 12 hours the card did not work! The site showed a strip in 100px width with a default map, New York! and my installed markers remained in place! The crash was at the location of the map and the size of the width. I had 100%, in the settings there were only 100, without the attribute.
    thanks for the answer
