WordPress 5.3.2 running Revolution Pro theme. Using Genesis 3.2.1.

There is no access to any plugin settings.

I believe the developer had a problem with his repository. He said it was addressed in a support thread.

To edit settings: Go to Dashbaord -> Genesis -> Sticky Topbar
