Does not work this plagin, problem

    I’v installed plagin “WordPress Special Characters in Usernames” but still promvim in registration using social network, when the name of user has non-latin characters.
    I tried amother plugins, problem no solved/
    My version of WordPress is 4.3.1, Ukrainian language.
    For example, user try to register in our site, using Facebook (or another). He gets “New to our website?” or “Already have an account?”
    After click to “New to our website?” he gets:
    “An error occurred while creating a new user” independently on social network.
    What to do me ? This problem is absent, if to use lanit characters in user name.
