Hi Farik780,
From the Visits & Referrals section you can see if the hit is recordered (also you can check if a ‘wp_affiliate’ cookie is created in your browser).
If you aree testing with an user who is the affiliate, please check that you have selected the ‘Allow auto-referrals’ option from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
I moved on the referral link in another browser (Opera). Registered user and made a purchase but nothing changes in the admin panel. Could you see what’s wrong with me?

Hm, probably it’s because the User Registration integration isn’t activated or an integration must be added?
Please have a look at this:
– For the User Registration that would create referrals when new users are referred: http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/user-registration/
– For referrals on purchases etc. : http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/setup/settings/integrations/
Please let us know if that helped @farik780
Cheers
Good afternoon, Kento!
All the settings I have. This is the problem that I can not understand. Perhaps conflict with other plug-ins.

Hi @farik780
Ok thanks, could you please share a link to your site? Also have you checked if the cookie is created after visiting an affiliate link? If you have affiliate registration enabled, I’d register a test account …
Cheers
