    Hi there,

This plugin is an integration add-on for Mailjet in Mailster. In other words, to use this service as a delivery method in Mailster.

To send transactional emails you need to make certain settings in Mailster. To get help for Mailster, please open a ticket here: https://mailster.co/support/

    Best regards!

Instead of spending time posting this kind of responses, focus on fixing the bug i reported.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, you are expecting from Mailster Mailjet add-on a feature that is part of the main plugin.
Please check this knowledge base article: https://kb.mailster.co/how-can-i-use-mailster-with-the-wp_mail-function/

We do not provide support for Mailster here. Being a premium product, you can use the dedicated channel for getting help on your issue.

    Thanks for understanding.

I’m going to mark this as resolved since is not related to the add-on. We’ll be here if and/or when you have issues related strictly to the Mailjet add-on.

This is related your Mailjet addon. Using it, it does not send the transcactional emails. With your mailersend and mailgun plugins the transcational emails are being send normally.
